• We ship via the US Postal Service and will email you your tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping is a flat fee of $12 within the USA.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS​​​​​​​​​​​

• Shipping internationally is approximately $45.00 and $35.00 for Canada ( via the US Postal Service). We will contact you by email if additional shipping costs are required after you place your order. We are unable to insure packages that are shipped internationally. Shipping time varies by country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​​​​​​​​​​​

• HIMANE SUSTAINABLE DESIGNS accepts returns within 7 business days, merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and insured for the full value.
• For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs when sending your merchandise back to us.
• Merchandise must be unused and returned in the original condition it was shipped.
• Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping fees via PayPal.
